Start with what you are noticing or what you want to change. Breeze’s office team will learn about your home, answer initial questions and help arrange the right next appointment. You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself.
Call Breeze
Call (206) 452-9703 for a heating, cooling, indoor-air or electrical question. Share your address so the team can confirm coverage, the service you need and current availability.
What to have ready
- Your service address and best contact number.
- A short description of the concern or project.
- The equipment type or model, if you know it.
- Your priorities, timing and any access requirements.
Tell us about the room that never feels comfortable, the system that has changed, or the upgrade you are planning. The first conversation starts with your experience, not a sales pitch.
What happens next
Diagnosis and repair

- Review the findings and price. The technician explains the recommended repair and pricing before repair work begins.
- Approve the repair. Once you authorize the work, the technician completes it and tests operation.
- Review the result. Understand the work completed and any maintenance recommendations.
Estimate and project planning

- Assess the home. A team member reviews the existing setup, your goals and suitable options.
- Receive a detailed estimate. Review the proposed work, pricing and equipment where applicable.

- Install with care. The team protects your home and prioritizes safety, cleanliness and workmanship.
- Test and learn. The team tests the new system, reviews operation and explains how to use and care for it.
Ask about your visit before scheduling
Breeze lists air-conditioning and furnace diagnostics at $148. Tune-ups are listed at $179 for air conditioning or heat pumps, $153 for a furnace, and starting at $224 for Mitsubishi equipment.
Ask what the visit includes and confirm the total, including any applicable charges. These prices do not establish a diagnostic fee for every type of equipment or for electrical work. Repair work and installation have their own scope and pricing.

Calling about a business or managed property?
Share the building use, equipment and requested work first. Commercial scope is confirmed by the team before accepting a project. Mention access, tenant coordination and approval requirements so the next step is clear.
A few answers before you call
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Describe what you notice and which room or system is affected. Equipment details are helpful if you have them, but they are not a requirement for starting the conversation.
Will repair work start before I approve it?
Breeze’s repair process includes explaining the findings, recommended work and pricing before you authorize the repair. Confirm the diagnostic visit scope and fee when arranging it.
Can I book online?
Yes. Open Breeze’s Housecall Pro booking flow and choose an available service. Follow the instructions, review the details and any displayed charges, and check the confirmation messages. Call the office if your request is not listed or you have a question.
